Minnesota is more than a strategic location — it’s where innovation meets opportunity. Sited on Highway 169 near the Blue Earth Light and Water substation, the facility is positioned to take advantage of low-cost energy and the robust fiber connectivity provided by Bevcomm. At nearly 10,000 square feet, it is equipped to support demanding high-performance computing, enterprise data, and digital asset workloads.
The facility operates as a colocation site: clients bring their hardware, and we manage the infrastructure, energy, and connectivity around it. Its design prioritizes scalability and sustainability, reflecting a commitment to building data solutions that hold up over time for both clients and the environment.
An 80 MW expansion, in design
We’re not stopping here. Our team is currently developing and designing an 80 MW expansion at Blue Earth, built to Tier III standards — concurrently maintainable power and cooling, so the facility can be serviced without taking client load offline.
The project is in active design today, targeted for Q3 2027. As with every AAIM site, it is being engineered in-house, which means the same team that designs it will build and operate it.
