With over 18 years of expertise in client relations and strategic partnerships, Iggy Lai is a seasoned leader in driving revenue and fostering growth. Since joining GPU.One as Vice President of Business Development in 2017, Iggy has solidified his reputation as a leading data center specialist. He has been instrumental in assisting customers with over $200 million in equipment procurement and securing more than 80 MW of hosting space. Following GPU.One’s acquisition by HIVE Blockchain (NASDAQ/TSX) in 2021, Iggy took on the role of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, further leveraging his expertise to drive meaningful collaborations and business expansion.

Now serving as Chief Marketing Officer, Iggy brings a results-driven mindset and a sharp focus on delivering value to both clients and stakeholders. Matthew Carson combines over a decade of expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) and digital assets with a passion for delivering innovative solutions. A graduate of Missouri S&T, Matthew launched his career by diving headfirst into the dynamic world of HPC, building a reputation for excellence in facilities management — from strategic planning to seamless operations.

Previously, Matthew served as Managing Director of Northern Data Asia, a division of a publicly traded company. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving the company’s initiatives and expanding its presence in the competitive global market. His deep knowledge and hands-on approach in managing complex infrastructures have made him a sought-after leader in the industry.

Julien Denis is a Partner Lawyer at LDB Attorneys LLP, bringing a wealth of expertise in commercial law with a specialized focus on the tech industry and data centers. He is a trusted legal advisor, known for delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges and helping his clients achieve their goals in an evolving digital landscape.
