AAIM Adds 10 MW in Southern Minnesota

AAIM Data Centers has secured 10 MW with a new partner in southern Minnesota, adding to a development pipeline that now runs well past 100 MW across the state.

Why southern Minnesota

The case for the region has not changed since we energized Blue Earth: competitive power, robust fiber, utilities that engage seriously with load of this size, and communities that treat industrial development as something to work with rather than around.

What has changed is the demand. Accelerated compute has pulled forward capacity requirements across every workload we serve, and clients are asking for commitments further out than they were even a year ago. Securing power ahead of that curve — rather than in response to it — is the whole job.

Built the way we build everything

The site will be designed, constructed, and operated in-house. That gives clients one accountable partner from the substation through to remote hands, and it means the people who specify the equipment are the same people who answer when something needs attention at three in the morning.

What comes next

This agreement is one of several now moving in parallel in Minnesota, alongside the 20 MW air-cooled facility in development and the Tier III expansion at Blue Earth. We will have more to say on each as they progress.
